Sorry we do not serve meals but we can recommend you some good restaurants details are in the welcome pack in your room

We have a selection of red wine available please call reception for details

When do I need to pay?
Payment is taken at time of the booking

We accept all major debit and credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Switch, Laser, Maestro, cheques are accepted with debit card or cash

What is your cancellation policy?
48 hour notice must be given.

Yes there is a large public car park to the rear of the hotel called Charlotte street car park see map for details or a meter at Marlborough lane

Can you arrange airport pick up and taxi?
Yes no problem we have a reliable local taxi company please ring reception for details

Do you have an elevator?
Sorry as its an old Victorian building its stairs only

Are there laundry services available ?
Sorry no laundry services available however we can supply additional towels, sheets for an additional fee of £5 per towel

Are we pet friendly?
Sorry no pets allowed.
